A Delicious Beef Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup Water
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Uncooked Rice
1 tablespoon Curry Powder
16 ounce Tomatoes in can
2 tablespoon Raisins
1 cup chopped onions
1 1/4 cup chopped Apple
2 tablespoon Coconut (Optional)
1 tablespoon chopped Chutney
2 tablespoon Instant Beef granules
1 Kilogram Ground Beef (Low Fat)

Directions:
Heat and mix the meat and onion in the cooking pot until meat is brown. Tap the extra fat. Mix the tomatoes and other ingredients, not including the peanuts. Make sure to break the tomatoes when you put them in.

To Cook using the Cooking Pot:
Continue heating the ingredients and lower the temperature and keep boiling. Cover the cooking pot and stir the mixtures from time to time or until the rice is cook. This is about 30 to 45 minutes. You can add a small amount of water at times. When you are ready to serve, add the chopped peanuts on top.

To Cook in the Oven:
Put all the mixture into a massive deep dish. Cover the deep dish and cook in the oven at 180 degrees C., stir from time to time, until the rice is soft and cook. This is about 45 to 55 minutes. When you are ready to serve, add the chopped peanuts on top.
